At the time, Manchester United did not have a senior women's team, so Ramsey joined Liverpool in 2017. There, she trained under Siobhan Chamberlain, an England international goalkeeper. On February 18, 2018, Ramsey made her debut in a 3–0 FA Women's Cup Fifth Round win against Chichester City.

During the 2020–21 season, Ramsey played in League Cup group stage matches against Liverpool and Manchester City. In the game against Manchester City, she saved a penalty during a penalty shootout, helping Manchester United earn a bonus point.
On March 7, 2021, Ramsey joined West Ham United on an emergency loan after the team's first-choice goalkeeper, Mackenzie Arnold, injured her knee. She backed up Courtney Brosnan in league matches and made her West Ham debut on April 18, starting in an 11–0 FA Cup Fourth Round win over Chichester & Selsey. This was her fourth FA Cup appearance for her fourth different team. She was recalled from the loan on April 24 after Arnold recovered from her injury.
