The Dossiers Secrets d'Henri Lobineau ("Secret Files of Henri Lobineau"), believed to have been created by Philippe Toscan du Plantier, is a 27-page document that was placed in the Bibliothèque nationale de France on April 27, 1967. The document claims to show part of the history of the Priory of Sion and is generally seen as a fake made by Pierre Plantard and Philippe de Chérisey. Thirteen of the 27 pages in the document are copied from another document linked to "Henri Lobineau" from 1964, which is also thought to have been written by Plantard and called Généalogie des Rois Mérovingiens ("Genealogy of the Merovingian Kings"). This document includes family tree diagrams that appear to show Plantard as a descendant of the Merovingian king Dagobert II.

The Secret Documents of Henri Lobineau include the following items (plus 13 pages from Généalogie des Rois Mérovingiens):
Holy Blood, Holy Grail
The documents were used as evidence by Henry Lincoln (who did not know that they were said to be fake) for a series of BBC Two documentaries in the 1970s. Lincoln and two co-authors, Richard Leigh and Michael Baigent, also used the Dossiers Secrets as evidence for the 1982 book Holy Blood, Holy Grail, which caused debate. Parts of this book were later used by Dan Brown as sources for his popular novel The Da Vinci Code.
