Macro is the third studio album by the Ukrainian metalcore band Jinjer. It was released on October 25, 2019, by Napalm Records.

Release and promotion

The band announced the album on August 23, 2019, when they released the first single, "Judgement (& Punishment)." The next single, "On the Top," came out on October 11, 2019. The album, titled Macro, was released on October 25, 2019, and included reggae and progressive rock styles.

The band toured North America from September 7 to November 2 and Europe from November 8 to December 22 to promote the album. Jinjer had to cancel other planned tours, including their first tour in Latin America, because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Critical reception

In 2024, Emily Swingle from Metal Hammer called the album Macro the second-best Jinjer album. Loudwire listed it as one of the top fifty metal albums from 2019.
