Manching (German pronunciation: [ˈmançɪŋ]) is a town in the district of Pfaffenhofen, located in Bavaria, Germany. It is found near the Paar River, about 7 kilometers southeast of Ingolstadt. During the late Iron Age, a Celtic settlement called the Oppidum of Manching existed on the site of today's Manching.
